1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Cliently, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Purpose of Cliently

Cliently is a productivity tool that helps users organize clients, deals, tasks, and follow-up information. It is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, compliance, or professional advice.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of information entered into the app. You must have a valid basis for storing contact or business information about other people and must comply with applicable privacy, confidentiality, employment, consumer, and data-protection requirements.

You are also responsible for protecting your device and for maintaining any backup needed for your records.

4. Availability and changes

Features may be changed, improved, suspended, or removed. The app may not be available at all times, and compatibility may depend on device, operating-system version, or platform requirements.

5. Intellectual property

The Cliently name, design, website, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the app for lawful purposes. They do not transfer ownership.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use Cliently to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer where prohibited, interfere with the app, or store information you have no right to process.

7. Disclaimers

Cliently is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every business purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, loss of client records, or loss caused by device failure, deletion, or misuse.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Ending use

You may stop using Cliently at any time. You can remove local app data using available settings or by uninstalling the app, subject to operating-system behavior.

These terms may be updated to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
