Create and maintain individual customer records with names, company details, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, statuses, creation dates, last-contact information, and next follow-up dates.
Connect each deal to a client, add a title and value, select its stage, set an expected closing date, and keep relevant notes. Stages can include Lead, Contacted, Proposal, Won, and Lost.
Create calls, meetings, proposal reminders, payment follow-ups, and custom tasks. Assign priorities and due dates, connect them to clients or deals, and mark them completed when finished.
Quickly locate a client, deal, or task using the app’s search and filtering tools. Filters help reduce visual clutter and focus on the records that matter at the moment.
Cliently’s core data is stored locally on the device. This keeps the first version fast, simple, and usable without creating an account or maintaining a constant internet connection.
Choose light mode, dark mode, or follow the device setting. Theme changes are intended to preserve your workflow and should not remove or alter saved business data.
You can delete stored app data from settings. Because deletion may be permanent, the app should present a clear confirmation step before removing records.
