Wins, losses, draws, streaks, win rate, and match history are informational gameplay records and are not guarantees of future performance.
5. Computer Difficulty
Difficulty settings are part of game design. Computer behavior may vary by selected difficulty and does not guarantee a particular result.
6. Local Multiplayer
Two-player mode is intended for players using the same device.
7. Local Data
The current core version stores primary game preferences and statistics locally. You are responsible for appropriate device security and backups where applicable.
8. Availability
Features may be changed, improved, added, or removed in future releases.
9. Intellectual Property
The TIXO name, original interface, branding, code, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

12. Data Loss
We do not guarantee that locally stored statistics or match history will survive uninstalling the app, clearing application data, device failure, or certain operating-system changes.
