This Privacy Policy explains how TIXO (“TIXO”, “the app”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use the application. TIXO is designed as an offline-first Tic Tac Toe game for personal entertainment.
2. Information We Process
The current core version does not require you to provide a name, account, username, password, phone number, mailing address, or other registration information.
3. Local Game Data
The app may store gameplay information locally on your device, including wins, losses, draws, current streak, best streak, match history, selected appearance, sound preference, vibration preference, and other game settings.
4. Match History
Match history may include the match result, game mode, selected difficulty, player mark, and date or time information needed to display your recent game history.
5. Game Modes
TIXO supports local gameplay against a computer opponent and local two-player gameplay on the same device. The current core version does not require online multiplayer services.
6. Computer Opponent
The computer opponent runs locally as part of the app. Difficulty logic, including the hard-mode strategy, does not require sending your board state to a remote artificial intelligence service.
7. No Account Required
The current version does not require registration or a TIXO user account.
8. SharedPreferences
The current build uses Flutter local storage, including SharedPreferences, to remember settings, statistics, and match-history information on your device.
9. Offline-First Design
Core gameplay is designed to work without an internet connection. Visiting externally hosted legal or support pages may require internet access.
10. No Advertising
The current core version does not include advertising SDKs or use your gameplay information to deliver personalized advertising.
11. No Behavioral Analytics
The current core version does not intentionally include behavioral analytics services that profile your gameplay activity.
12. No Cross-App Tracking
TIXO does not use the current core version to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
13. No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell or rent locally stored gameplay statistics or preferences from the current core version.
14. No Firebase
The current core version does not require Firebase for gameplay, statistics, local history, or settings.
15. No Remote Backend
TIXO does not require a TIXO-operated remote backend for its current core gameplay or local statistics.
16. No Cloud Synchronization
The current version does not provide a TIXO cloud account or automatic cross-device synchronization of your local game history.
17. No Location Access
The current core version does not require precise or approximate location access.
18. No Camera or Photos
The current core version does not require camera or photo-library access.
19. No Microphone
The current core version does not require microphone access.
20. No Contacts
The current core version does not require access to your contacts.
21. No Payment Information
The current core version does not need your bank account details, card number, or payment credentials for its described gameplay features.
22. Sound Settings
TIXO may save whether sound is enabled or disabled. This preference is stored locally in the current core version.
23. Vibration Settings
TIXO may save whether vibration or haptic feedback is enabled or disabled. This preference is stored locally in the current core version.
24. Appearance Settings
The app may store visual preferences such as dark mode or board-theme selections so your chosen appearance can be restored later.
25. Statistics
Statistics shown in the app, such as wins, losses, draws, win rate, current streak, and best streak, are calculated from gameplay information stored for the app.
26. Data Retention
Local game information may remain on your device until it is reset inside the app, cleared through operating-system controls, or removed by uninstalling the application, subject to device backup and restore behavior.
27. Resetting Statistics
Where provided, the Reset Statistics option clears locally stored match history and gameplay statistics managed by TIXO.
28. Device Backups
Depending on your device and operating-system settings, local app data may be included in device or cloud backups controlled by the platform provider. Those backup services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
29. Security
TIXO minimizes remote handling of gameplay data in the current core version by keeping its primary records local. Users should still protect their devices using appropriate security controls.
30. Children’s Privacy
TIXO is a general entertainment board game and is not designed to solicit personal information from children. The current core version does not require account registration or profile creation.
31. Third-Party Platforms
App stores, operating-system providers, GitHub Pages, email providers, and other third-party services may independently process information when you use their services. Their handling is governed by their own privacy terms.
32. GitHub Pages
The public Privacy Policy and Terms pages may be hosted using GitHub Pages. Visiting those pages may result in standard technical information being processed by GitHub according to GitHub’s own policies.
33. Support Communications
If you contact us at allmixedup2007@gmail.com, we may receive your email address, message contents, and any information or attachments you voluntarily send. We use that information to respond to your request.
34. Legal Requirements
Information voluntarily sent to us through support communications may be retained or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or resolve disputes.

The current core version does not use your locally stored match history to create an advertising profile or make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We may update this policy when the application, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. The published page should show an updated effective date when material changes are made.
38. Future Features
If a future version adds online multiplayer, accounts, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, crash-reporting SDKs, payments, social features, or new device permissions, this Privacy Policy and applicable store disclosures should be reviewed and updated.
