Tavlo is a conversation-card application designed to help people start and continue conversations through question decks and interactive sessions.

You are responsible for deciding which questions are appropriate for the people, setting, and circumstances in which you use Tavlo.

You are responsible for the content of custom questions you create and for how you choose to use them.

The current core version of Tavlo is not a recording, transcription, or communication-monitoring service.

Core application data may be stored locally. Data may be lost if app storage is cleared, the application is uninstalled, or the device is lost, reset, damaged, or otherwise unavailable.

You may not misuse Tavlo, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use the application unlawfully.

Tavlo is intended to support conversation. Users should respect the boundaries, consent, and comfort of other participants.

The Tavlo name, branding, software, interface, question-deck presentation, and original application materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Any third-party services introduced in future versions may be governed by separate terms, privacy policies, and availability conditions.

Features may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Tavlo is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Tavlo.

These Terms may be updated as Tavlo evolves. The latest version should be published on this page.
