This Privacy Policy explains how Tavlo handles information when you use the Tavlo mobile application.

The current core version of Tavlo is designed as an offline-first application. Core decks, questions, favorites, saved items, custom questions, and session history are stored locally on your device.

Tavlo may store question text, deck assignments, favorite status, saved status, whether a question is custom, session deck names, session dates, and the number of questions played.

Stored information is used to display conversation decks, run sessions, shuffle questions, restore favorites and saved items, search local questions, show custom questions, and display session history.

The current core Tavlo experience does not require an account, username, password, phone number, or email address.

The current core application does not record, transcribe, analyze, upload, or otherwise process the spoken conversations that happen while you use Tavlo.

The current core version does not require microphone access. If voice features are added in a future release, this policy should be updated before publication.

The current core version does not require access to your camera or photo library.

The current core version does not require access to your contacts.

The current core version does not require precise or approximate device location.

Search is performed against questions stored in the Tavlo application on your device.

Favorite status is stored locally so Tavlo can identify questions you have marked as favorites.

Saved status is stored locally so Tavlo can provide a dedicated saved-question collection.

If you create a custom question, Tavlo stores the question text and selected deck locally on your device.

Tavlo may store the deck title, number of questions played, and session date when a session is completed.

The current core implementation does not require third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics SDKs. This policy should be updated if any such services are introduced.

Tavlo does not sell or rent the locally stored information used by the current core application. The current core implementation does not intentionally transmit your local question library or session history to unrelated third parties.

Future versions may use services such as cloud sync, crash reporting, analytics, authentication, ads, or other SDKs. If that happens, this policy should be updated to explain their data practices.

Locally stored Tavlo data generally remains on your device until you delete supported content, clear application data, reset the device, or uninstall Tavlo.

Custom questions may be deleted where supported by the application. Clearing application storage or uninstalling Tavlo may also remove locally stored data.

Your device or operating system may provide backup and restore services independently of Tavlo. Those services may affect copies of locally stored application data.

Reasonable application-design practices are used for locally stored information, but no device, application, or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Tavlo is a general conversation and social utility. The current core experience does not knowingly require children to provide personal contact information or create an online account.

Custom questions are created by the user and stored locally in the current core implementation. You are responsible for the content of questions you choose to create.

We may revise this Privacy Policy as Tavlo evolves, new features are added, or legal requirements change. The latest version should be published on this page.
