By downloading, accessing, or using Projex, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Projex provides tools for organizing projects, tasks, milestones, notes, budgets, and expenses. The app is intended for general productivity and organizational use.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Projex in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for unlawful purposes.

You retain responsibility for information you enter into Projex. You must ensure that your content is lawful and that you have the right to store or use it.

Projex may store data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups. We are not responsible for loss caused by deletion, device failure, uninstalling the app, clearing app data, or loss of access to your device.

Projex is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, financial, accounting, engineering, medical, or other professional advice. Any calculations or summaries should be independently verified when important decisions depend on them.

Projex, its branding, design, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Your use may also be subject to the terms of the app store, operating system, device manufacturer, or other third-party services you use.

Projex is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projex and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, or business arising from use of the app.

You may stop using Projex at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app or revoke access where reasonably necessary, including for misuse or legal compliance.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
