By using Projex, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

You may enter project-related information into the app, including:

• Notes and other text you choose to save.
• Budgets, expenses, and related project records.

This information is provided voluntarily by you for the purpose of using the app's features.

The current version of Projex does not require account registration and is not intended to collect personal information automatically.

Standard app stores, operating systems, or device platforms may independently process technical information under their own privacy policies. Such processing is controlled by those third parties, not by Projex.

Projex is designed to store your project information locally on your device. Your content remains on the device unless you choose to export, copy, back up, or otherwise share it through features provided by your device or operating system.

Removing the app, clearing its data, resetting the device, or losing access to the device may permanently delete locally stored information.

Information entered into Projex is used to provide core app functionality, such as displaying projects, calculating progress, organizing tasks, tracking milestones, showing notes, and summarizing budgets and expenses.

We do not use your project content for advertising, profiling, or selling personal information.

Projex does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Because the app is designed for local offline use, we do not routinely receive or share the content you enter. Information may be disclosed only when required by applicable law, necessary to protect legal rights or safety, or initiated by you through sharing, export, backup, or device-level services.

The app may be distributed through third-party stores or run on third-party operating systems. Those providers may collect information independently according to their own terms and privacy policies.

If future versions of Projex add analytics, cloud backup, advertising, sign-in, crash reporting, or other external services, this policy will be updated to identify those services and explain the related data practices.

Locally stored project information remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data, uninstall the app, or the device removes it.

We do not maintain a central retention period for content that is never transmitted to us.

We use reasonable design practices intended to reduce unnecessary data collection. However, no device, storage method, or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, screen lock, backups, and any copies or exports of your information.

You control the information you enter into Projex. You may edit or delete projects and related records using available app features.

Depending on your location, you may have legal rights relating to personal data. Because Projex primarily stores data locally, many requests can be completed directly by editing or deleting information within the app or removing the app's local data.

Projex is not directed to children under the age required for independent consent in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account or server-based system.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information directly to us may contact us using the address below.

Projex may be used in different countries. The app's local-storage design generally keeps user-entered content on the device. Device platforms and app stores may process information in other jurisdictions under their own policies.
