1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Privo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Purpose
Privo is a decision-support workspace that helps users organize options, criteria, weights, scores, notes, pros and cons, and final choices.
3. Your Decisions
Privo is an organizational tool. You remain solely responsible for decisions you make and for verifying information relevant to important financial, medical, legal, safety, employment, or other high-impact choices.
4. User Content
You are responsible for decision titles, notes, options, criteria, pros, cons, and other content you enter into Privo.
5. Local Data
Core application data may be stored locally and may be lost if application storage is cleared, Privo is uninstalled, or the device is lost, damaged, reset, or otherwise unavailable.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Privo, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use the application unlawfully.
7. Intellectual Property
The Privo name, branding, software, interface, and original application materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
Future third-party services may be governed by separate terms, policies, and availability conditions.
9. Availability
Features may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
10. Disclaimer
Privo is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Privo.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as Privo evolves. The latest version should be published on this page.
