By using Orbia, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Purpose
Orbia is a personal countdown and moments application for organizing dates, upcoming events, favorites, saved moments, and past moments.
3. Your Content
You are responsible for the titles, notes, dates, and other information you enter into Orbia.
4. Date Calculations
Countdown and elapsed-day calculations are convenience features and may be affected by device date, time, timezone, or system settings.
5. Local Data
Core application data may be stored locally. Data can be lost if application storage is cleared, the app is uninstalled, or a device is lost, reset, damaged, or otherwise becomes unavailable.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Orbia, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use it unlawfully.
7. Intellectual Property
The Orbia name, branding, software, interface, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
Any future third-party services may also be subject to separate terms and policies.
9. Availability
Features may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
10. Disclaimer
Orbia is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Orbia.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the application evolves. The latest version should be published on this page.
