By downloading, accessing, or using Musevia, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Purpose
Musevia provides tools for creating and organizing a personal museum of memories, books, movies, places, quotes, achievements, favorites, and other personal collection entries.
3. Your Content
You are responsible for the information and content you add to Musevia and for ensuring that your use of that content is lawful.
4. Local Data
Core application information may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for device backups where needed. Clearing app storage or uninstalling Musevia may remove locally stored information.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Musevia, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the application in violation of applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Musevia name, branding, software, interface, and original application materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
7. Third-Party Services
Any third-party service introduced in a future version may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, and availability conditions.
8. Availability and Updates
Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
9. Disclaimer
Musevia is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Musevia.

These Terms may be updated as the application evolves. The latest version should be made available on this page.
