Latera provides tools for saving and organizing things you may want to watch, read, buy, try, visit, remember, or return to later.

Latera is intended for lawful personal use. You are responsible for the information you save and for how you use the application.

Saving an item in Latera does not guarantee that a product, service, event, book, movie, place, or other item will remain available or unchanged.

Shuffle is a convenience feature that resurfaces items from your saved collection. It does not guarantee suitability, availability, safety, or a particular outcome.

Core application information may be stored locally on your device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling Latera may permanently remove locally stored information.

You may not misuse Latera, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, or use the application in violation of applicable law.

The Latera name, branding, software, interface, visual design, and original application materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Any third-party links or services added in future versions may be governed by separate terms, privacy policies, and availability conditions.

Features may change, be updated, suspended, or discontinued. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Latera is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Latera.

These Terms may be updated as Latera evolves. The latest version should be made available on this page.
