Kivro is a personal challenge-deck application that lets users discover, save, favorite, skip, accept, complete, search, and create challenge cards.

Kivro does not provide medical, psychological, fitness, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Do not attempt a challenge if it would be unsafe, unlawful, unsuitable for your age or abilities, or inappropriate for your environment. Stop any activity that causes pain, danger, or significant discomfort.

You are responsible for the content of custom challenges you create and for how you choose to use them.

Core application information may be stored locally. Data can be lost if application storage is cleared, the app is uninstalled, or a device is lost, reset, damaged, or becomes unavailable.

You may not misuse Kivro, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use the application unlawfully.

The Kivro name, branding, software, interface, challenge-deck presentation, and original application materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Any future third-party services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, and availability conditions.

Features may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Kivro is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Kivro.
