These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Inventra mobile application. By installing or using Inventra, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the Application
Inventra is an offline inventory management tool intended to help users record products, categories, stock quantities, SKU values, barcode values, and inventory movements.
2. Eligibility and Use
You may use Inventra for lawful personal or business inventory management purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and business requirements.
3. No Account or Cloud Service
Inventra does not provide user accounts, cloud synchronization, remote backups, or server-based storage in its current version.
4. Accuracy of Inventory Records
Users are responsible for verifying product details, stock quantities, movement records, SKU values, barcode values, and warning levels. Inventra does not guarantee the accuracy of information entered by users.
5. No Accounting or Professional Advice
Inventra is not accounting, tax, financial, pharmaceutical, legal, or regulatory software. The app should not be treated as professional advice or as a replacement for legally required inventory systems.
6. Data Storage and Risk of Loss
Application data is stored locally on the user's device. Data may be permanently lost if the app is removed, app storage is cleared, the device is damaged, or the operating system removes stored data.
7. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for device security, data review, regular manual verification, and maintaining any additional records required for their business.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the application, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it for unlawful activities.
9. Availability and Updates
Features may be changed, improved, removed, or added in future versions. The developer does not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Inventra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for a specific business purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for inventory shortages, business losses, lost data, incorrect records, device failures, or decisions made based on information stored in the application.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when Inventra changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
