This Privacy Policy explains how Inventra handles information when you use the mobile application. Inventra is designed as an offline inventory management application.
1. Information We Collect
Inventra does not collect personal information. The app does not require account registration, email address, phone number, name, location, contacts, or payment information.
2. Inventory Data
Product names, categories, quantities, SKU values, barcode values, notes, and stock movement history entered into the app are stored locally on the user's device.
3. Offline Storage
Inventra uses local device storage through SharedPreferences. Inventory data is not automatically uploaded to a cloud service, remote server, or external database.
4. Internet and Network Use
The core features of Inventra operate without an internet connection. The app does not use a backend, Firebase, advertising network, or analytics platform.
5. Data Sharing
Inventra does not sell, rent, transmit, or share user inventory data with third parties.
6. Advertising and Analytics
Inventra does not contain third-party advertising and does not use analytics or behavioral tracking tools.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Data remains on the device until the user deletes records, clears inventory data from the app settings, clears application storage, or uninstalls the app.
8. Device Security
Users are responsible for securing access to their devices. Inventra cannot recover locally stored information after deletion, device loss, application removal, or storage failure.
9. Children's Privacy
Inventra is a general inventory utility and is not specifically directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application changes. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
