How do I create a subject?

Open the Subjects tab, select Add Subject, enter a name, choose a color, set a weekly goal, and save.

How do I start a focus session?

Open the Focus tab, choose Set Up, select an optional subject or task, set the duration, and press Start.

Why is my study data missing?

Local data may be removed if app storage is cleared, the app is uninstalled, or Clear All Data is used.

How do I change the theme?

Open Settings and choose System, Light, or Dark mode.
