These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Toolix mobile application. By installing or using Toolix, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the Application
Toolix is an offline productivity tool designed to help users organize tools, categories, locations, borrower records, and maintenance history.
2. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use Toolix for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, workplace policies, and safety requirements.
3. No Account or Cloud Service
Toolix does not currently provide accounts, cloud synchronization, remote storage, or automatic online backups.
4. Accuracy of Records
You are responsible for checking tool quantities, conditions, locations, borrower details, due dates, and maintenance records. Toolix does not verify the information entered by users.
5. No Professional or Safety Advice
Toolix is not a safety inspection, engineering, legal, accounting, regulatory, or professional maintenance service. It does not replace manufacturer instructions or workplace safety procedures.
6. Local Data and Risk of Loss
Toolix data is stored locally on the device. Data may be permanently lost if the app is removed, storage is cleared, or the device is lost, damaged, reset, or replaced.
7. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for device security, record accuracy, tool safety, physical inspections, and maintaining any additional records required by their business or workplace.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Toolix, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the application for unlawful activities.
9. Availability and Updates
Features may be changed, improved, added, or removed in future versions. Continuous availability of every feature is not guaranteed.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Toolix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for lost tools, inaccurate records, missed maintenance, injuries, business losses, or loss of locally stored data.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when Toolix changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
