By downloading, installing, or using Storivio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. App Purpose

Storivio is a personal organization tool for recording rooms, household items, item condition, estimated value, dates, quantities, and notes. It is not an insurance appraisal, certified valuation service, financial service, security system, warranty provider, or professional inventory audit.

3. Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Storivio for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain your own inventory information accurately.
• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• Protect your device from unauthorized access.
• Maintain any separate backup records you consider important.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, misuse, or distribute the app unlawfully.

5. Estimated Values and Records

Any prices or values entered in Storivio are user-provided estimates. Storivio does not verify market value, ownership, purchase history, insurance eligibility, tax treatment, or replacement cost. You are responsible for confirming important information with qualified professionals or original documents.

6. Availability and Updates

We may improve, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Storivio. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or that the app will work with every device or operating-system version.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Storivio is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not make warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, data recovery, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for legal, insurance, financial, or professional use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of records, loss of profits, device issues, or decisions made based on information entered in or displayed by Storivio.

9. Termination

You may stop using Storivio at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict use where necessary to protect the app, users, legal rights, or platform compliance.

10. Governing Requirements

Your use of Storivio is also subject to applicable laws and the terms of the platform from which you obtained the app.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
