These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you download, install, access, or use RoomCraft.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RoomCraft, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the application.

2. Purpose of the Application

RoomCraft is an offline room planning and furniture visualization application.

The application is intended to help users:

• Create different property or room planning projects.
• Enter estimated room dimensions.
• Add and arrange furniture items.
• Preview possible furniture layouts.
• Plan a space before purchasing or moving furniture.

3. Personal and Lawful Use

You may use RoomCraft for personal planning and other lawful purposes.

You agree not to use the application in a way that violates applicable laws, damages the application, interferes with other software, or infringes the rights of another person.

4. Measurements and Accuracy

RoomCraft provides planning and visualization tools only. Room dimensions, furniture dimensions, positions, scaling, proportions, and visual results may not perfectly match real-world conditions.

You must independently verify all measurements in the actual room before:

• Purchasing furniture.
• Moving large or heavy items.
• Renovating or modifying a room.
• Installing doors, windows, cabinets, or fixtures.
• Making financial or property-related decisions.

5. No Professional Advice

RoomCraft does not provide professional:

• Architectural advice.
• Engineering advice.
• Construction advice.
• Structural advice.
• Electrical advice.
• Interior design certification.
• Health or safety advice.

The application should not replace advice, inspection, or approval from a qualified professional.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The projects and layouts you create.
• The room dimensions you enter.
• The furniture dimensions and positions you use.
• Verifying the accuracy of all measurements.
• Any purchase, moving, renovation, or installation decision.
• Using the application safely and lawfully.

7. Local Data Storage

RoomCraft stores projects, rooms, furniture layouts, and application preferences locally on your device.

The application does not currently provide user accounts, cloud synchronization, remote storage, or automatic cloud backup.

8. Data Loss

Your locally stored data may be permanently lost if you:

• Uninstall RoomCraft.
• Clear the application's storage.
• Reset or replace your device.
• Lose access to your device.
• Experience device or storage failure.

The developer is not responsible for recovering lost projects or layouts. You are responsible for keeping any backup you consider necessary.

9. Application Permissions

RoomCraft does not require sensitive device permissions for its main room-planning features.

You remain responsible for reviewing permissions displayed by your device or app store before installing or updating the application.

10. Application Availability

RoomCraft is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The application will always be available.
• The application will operate without interruptions or errors.
• Every feature will work on every device.
• Saved information will never be damaged or lost.
• The application will meet every user's specific requirements.

11. Updates and Feature Changes

RoomCraft may receive updates, bug fixes, performance improvements, design changes, new features, or removed features.

Updates may change the way the application looks or works. We may make these changes without prior notice where permitted by law.

12. Supported Devices

RoomCraft may not be compatible with every device, operating system version, screen size, or hardware configuration.

You are responsible for confirming that your device meets the application's current requirements.

13. Intellectual Property

The RoomCraft name, logo, visual design, interface, source code, text, graphics, and original application content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless you have written permission or applicable law allows it, you may not:

• Copy or redistribute the application.
• Sell or sublicense the application.
• Use the RoomCraft name or logo as your own.
• Modify or create an unauthorized derivative version.
• Attempt to extract or misuse protected source code.

14. Third-Party Platforms

RoomCraft may be distributed through third-party platforms such as Google Play.

Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms, policies, payment rules, and account requirements.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoomCraft is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

This includes warranties relating to:

• Accuracy.
• Reliability.
• Availability.
• Compatibility.
• Security.
• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of RoomCraft.

This includes, without limitation:

• Incorrect furniture purchases.
• Property damage.
• Moving or installation costs.
• Lost projects or application data.
• Business interruption.
• Device problems.
• Decisions made using inaccurate measurements or layouts.

17. Termination of Use

You may stop using RoomCraft at any time by uninstalling the application.

We may discontinue the application or stop providing updates in the future, subject to applicable laws and app store requirements.

18. Privacy

Your use of RoomCraft is also governed by the RoomCraft Privacy Policy, which explains how application data is stored and handled.

19. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated when RoomCraft's features, distribution methods, legal requirements, or operating practices change.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and the developer regarding your use of RoomCraft.
