RoomCraft is an offline room planning and furniture layout application. It allows users to create projects, define room dimensions, arrange furniture, and save layouts directly on their devices.

RoomCraft does not require users to register, create an account, sign in, or provide personal information in order to use the application's main features.

2. Information You Provide

RoomCraft does not ask you to provide personal information such as your:

• Phone number.
• Home address.
• Payment information.
• Account credentials.
• Government identification details.

Any names you enter for projects or rooms are created voluntarily by you and are stored locally on your device.

3. Information Stored by the Application

RoomCraft may store the following information locally on your device:

• Project names and project types.
• Room names, lengths, and widths.
• Furniture types and display names.
• Furniture sizes, positions, and rotation values.
• Furniture ordering and layout information.
• Theme preferences.
• Grid visibility and snapping preferences.
• Other application settings required for normal operation.

4. Local Storage

RoomCraft stores application data locally using SharedPreferences or equivalent on-device application storage.

RoomCraft does not operate a backend server and does not upload your project data, room measurements, furniture layouts, or application preferences to a server controlled by us.

5. Personal Data Collection

RoomCraft does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data.

The application does not create user profiles and does not attempt to identify individual users.

6. Third-Party Services

RoomCraft does not use:

• Firebase.
• Advertising networks.
• Analytics services.
• Tracking SDKs.
• Third-party login providers.
• Cloud databases.
• Location tracking services.

Because these services are not included, RoomCraft does not send your room planning activity to advertising or analytics providers.

7. Advertising

RoomCraft does not display advertisements and does not use advertising identifiers.

The application does not track your activity for personalized or non-personalized advertising.

8. Internet Access

RoomCraft's main features work entirely offline. You do not need an internet connection to:

• Create projects.
• Add rooms.
• Enter room dimensions.
• Add or arrange furniture.
• Rotate, resize, duplicate, or delete furniture.
• Change application settings.

9. Device Permissions

RoomCraft does not require sensitive device permissions for its main features.

The application does not need access to your:

• Contacts.
• Microphone.
• Camera.
• Precise location.
• Call history.
• Messages.
• Personal media files.

10. Data Sharing

RoomCraft does not share your locally stored information with other users, companies, advertisers, data brokers, or third parties.

Your projects and layouts remain inside the application's local storage unless you manually copy or share information outside the application.

11. Data Security

Your RoomCraft data remains stored within your device's application storage.

You are responsible for securing your device using available security features such as a password, PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition.

No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. However, RoomCraft reduces privacy risks by not transmitting your project data to external servers.

12. Data Deletion

You can delete projects, rooms, and furniture items directly from within the application.

You may also remove all locally stored RoomCraft data by clearing the application's storage through your device settings or by uninstalling the application.

Once local data has been deleted, it may not be recoverable.

13. Data Backup and Recovery

RoomCraft does not currently provide cloud backup, account synchronization, or remote data recovery.

Uninstalling the application, resetting your device, clearing application storage, losing your device, or experiencing device failure may permanently remove your saved projects.

You are responsible for keeping a backup of any information you consider important.

14. Children's Privacy

RoomCraft does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults because the application does not request or transmit personal user information.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through an unintended method, they may contact us using the email address provided below.

15. Legal Disclosure

Because RoomCraft does not operate a user account system or remote database, we normally do not possess users' room projects or personal application data.

We may disclose information only when required by applicable law and only to the extent that such information is actually available to us.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when RoomCraft's features, legal requirements, or data practices change.

Any updated version will include a revised “Last updated” date and may be published inside the application, on this page, or both.
