1. Acceptance
By using PENDRO, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Purpose
PENDRO is a personal pending work tracker designed to help users organize items that are waiting for a reply, approval, document, payment, signature, review, or other follow-up.
3. Personal Productivity Tool
PENDRO is not an employer's official workflow system, project-management system, HR system, payroll system, compliance system, accounting system, legal system, finance system, or official company record-retention system.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, legality, and completeness of information you enter into the app.
5. Confidential Information
Do not use PENDRO as a password manager or as the only storage location for trade secrets, payment credentials, access tokens, legal files, payroll information, regulated records, or other information requiring specialized security.
6. Pending Work Records
Pending records, status updates, priorities, deadlines, people names, client names, company names, and follow-up logs are provided for personal organization and reference only.
7. Statuses and Deadlines
Status labels, overdue labels, priority labels, and deadlines depend on information entered by the user and may not reflect official business obligations.
8. Statistics
Statistics such as total items, waiting items, overdue items, closed items, urgent items, close rate, and most-blocked party are informational estimates based on locally stored records.
9. Local Storage
The current core version primarily stores data locally. You are responsible for device security and any backup strategy appropriate for your needs.
10. Data Loss
We do not guarantee recovery of locally stored information after uninstalling the app, clearing app data, device loss, device reset, storage failure, software defects, or operating-system changes.
11. No Warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PENDRO is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every workplace process.
12. Limitation of Reliance
You should independently verify important replies, approvals, payments, documents, signatures, reviews, legal obligations, contractual duties, financial records, and business commitments.
13. Lawful Use
You may not use PENDRO in a way that violates applicable law, workplace rules, confidentiality obligations, or the rights of others.
14. Intellectual Property
The PENDRO name, branding, design, and original software elements are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
15. Third-Party Platforms
Your download and use of PENDRO may also be subject to the rules and terms of the app-distribution platform through which you obtained it.
16. Feature Changes
Features may be changed, improved, added, or removed in future versions.
17. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the app, legal requirements, or distribution requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the current published version.
