1. Acceptance

By installing or using PAXO, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Purpose of the App

PAXO is a personal time-capsule and reflection tool. It allows you to create messages, memories, promises, predictions, decisions, and reflections for your own personal use.

3. No Professional Advice

PAXO does not provide legal, financial, medical, mental-health, investment, or other professional advice. Capsule content and reflections are created by you.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the information you enter into PAXO. Do not use the app to store or create content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Local Data and Backups

The current core app stores data locally. You are responsible for protecting your device and maintaining any backups you consider necessary. We cannot guarantee recovery of data that is deleted, corrupted, or lost.

6. Availability and Changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of PAXO. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available in exactly the same form.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse PAXO, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The PAXO name, branding, visual identity, and app materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your own capsule content remains your responsibility.

9. Disclaimer

PAXO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that stored information can never be lost.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use PAXO, including loss of locally stored data.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as PAXO evolves. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
