All Packsy data is stored locally on your device using local storage. Packsy does not upload your trip or packing checklist information to any server controlled by Packsy.

Packsy does not require user registration, login credentials, usernames, passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, or profile accounts.

6. No Personal Data Collection

Packsy does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, address, location, contacts, photos, payment data, passport details, travel document numbers, or government identifiers.

7. User-Entered Content

You control what you type into trip names, notes, and packing items. Please avoid entering sensitive travel document numbers or private personal information unless you understand it is stored locally on your device.

8. Packing Checklist Data

Packing checklist data may include item names, categories, and packed or unpacked status. This information is used only to provide packing checklist functionality inside the app.

9. No Cloud Synchronization

Packsy does not provide cloud synchronization, online backup, account recovery, or remote data restoration. If local app data is deleted, Packsy cannot recover it from a server.

10. Offline Usage

Packsy is designed to work offline. Core functionality such as creating trips, adding checklist items, marking items as packed, and viewing progress does not require internet access.

11. No Analytics

Packsy does not use analytics SDKs or behavioral tracking tools. It does not track screen views, button taps, packing behavior, search activity, or usage frequency.

12. No Advertising

Packsy does not display advertisements and does not include advertising network SDKs, advertising identifiers, personalized ad systems, or marketing trackers.

13. No Third-Party Sharing

Packsy does not sell, rent, trade, disclose, or share your trip or packing checklist data with third parties.

Platform providers such as Google Play may process app download or device-level information under their own policies. That platform-level information is not controlled by Packsy inside the app.

14. Permissions

Packsy is designed to work without sensitive permissions. It does not require access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, calendar, SMS, phone calls, or external files for core functionality.

15. Data Security

Keeping data local reduces privacy risk. Your data is protected by your device security settings, operating system protections, and device encryption where available.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Anyone with access to your unlocked device may be able to view or edit your saved packing lists.

16. User Control

You can create, edit, check, uncheck, favorite, and delete trips and checklist items at any time inside the app.

17. Data Deletion

You can delete individual trips or items inside the app. You can remove all locally stored Packsy data by clearing app data in your device settings or uninstalling Packsy.

18. Data Retention

Your packing data remains stored locally until you delete it, clear app data, uninstall the app, or reset your device.

Packsy is a general travel organization app and is not specifically directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

20. Travel Disclaimer

Packsy is an organization tool only. It cannot guarantee that you packed every required item or travel document. Always check official travel requirements before departure.
