1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing GRAVIX — Core Escape, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. Game License
GRAVIX is provided for personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable use, subject to these terms and applicable platform rules.
3. Gameplay
GRAVIX is an arcade game involving gravity controls, levels, hazards, virtual stars, cores, skins, progression, and related game mechanics. Gameplay rules and balancing may change between versions.
4. Virtual Progress
Stars, cores, unlocked levels, skins, best times, and other game-state values have no cash value and do not represent real-world property or currency.
5. Local Saves
The current core version stores game progress locally. You are responsible for device backups where applicable. Progress may be lost if app data is cleared, reset, corrupted, or the app is uninstalled.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the game, attempt to interfere with its operation, distribute malicious modifications, or use it in violation of applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The GRAVIX name, game design, artwork, interface, code, branding, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party platform marks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Availability and Updates
We may update, rebalance, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device.
9. No Warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the game.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Distribution platforms and hosting providers operate under their own terms. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable agreements.
12. Privacy
Use of information related to GRAVIX is described in the Privacy Policy available on this site.
13. Children
Players who are not legally able to agree to these terms should use the game only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required.
14. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated to reflect game, legal, or platform changes. The published version will show its effective date.
15. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
