Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026

Focus Forest is designed as an offline productivity application. It does not require an account and does not intentionally collect, sell, or share personal information.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Focus Forest (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Android application with package name com.focusforest.timer.

2. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, financial information, or other personal information to use the App.

The App does not include developer-operated analytics, advertising, or cloud-sync services. We do not intentionally collect or transmit your focus history or settings to our servers.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The App may save settings and app progress locally on your device, such as timer preferences, completed focus sessions, forest progress, onboarding status, theme settings, or similar app state. This information is used only to provide the App’s functionality.

Local app data may be removed by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App, subject to your device and operating-system behavior.

4. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell personal information. Because we do not intentionally collect personal information through the App, we do not share such information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

5. Device Permissions

Focus Forest is intended to request only permissions needed for its declared functionality. If a future version introduces a new permission or online feature, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure will be updated as required.

6. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not require an account or intentionally collect personal information, users can use its core focus features without submitting personal details.

A parent or guardian who believes that a child has sent personal information to us by email may contact us so we can review and delete the message where appropriate.

7. Security

We aim to minimize privacy risk by keeping the App’s core data on the user’s device and by avoiding unnecessary collection. No method of electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, and users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices.

8. External Services and Links

The App or this website may provide links that open third-party services, such as an email application or an app-store page. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
