1. Overview

FitLog is an offline workout tracking application designed to help users record exercises, muscle groups, weights, sets, repetitions, workout durations, dates, notes, and training progress.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be entered into the app, how that information is used, where it is stored, and what control you have over it.

2. Information You Enter

FitLog may allow you to enter and save:

  • Exercise names.
  • Muscle groups.
  • Training weight.
  • Numbers of sets and repetitions.
  • Workout duration.
  • Workout date.
  • Optional workout notes.
  • Theme preferences and basic app settings.

This information is used only to provide the app's workout logging, organization, search, history, calculation, and progress features.

3. Local Storage

Workout records and app preferences are stored locally on your device. FitLog does not require a cloud account, remote user profile, or remote workout database for its core functionality.

Your workout information is not automatically uploaded or transmitted to us as part of the core offline experience.

4. Personal Information

FitLog does not require you to provide:

  • Your full legal name.
  • Your phone number.
  • Your home or postal address.
  • Your precise geographic location.
  • Your contacts or address book.
  • Your payment card or bank account details.
  • Your government-issued identification.
  • Your social media account credentials.

5. Device Permissions

FitLog is designed so its core features can operate without access to sensitive device permissions.

The core app does not require access to your:

  • Camera.
  • Microphone.
  • Contacts.
  • SMS messages.
  • Call history.
  • Precise location.
  • Photos, videos, or personal media files.

6. Internet Access and User Accounts

The main workout tracking features of FitLog work without an internet connection. The app does not require registration, login credentials, social media sign-in, or cloud synchronization for its core use.

7. Analytics and Advertising

FitLog does not use advertising networks, behavioral advertising, marketing trackers, or user profiling technologies in its core version.

The app does not analyze your workout records for advertising purposes.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, exchange, or share your locally stored workout, exercise, progress, or note information with third parties.

Because the core workout data remains on your device, we generally do not have access to the records you enter.

9. Workout Statistics and Calculations

FitLog may calculate training volume, total repetitions, total sets, workout count, duration totals, muscle-group summaries, and other progress indicators using the information you enter.

These calculations are provided for personal organization and convenience. They are not medical measurements and do not replace professional coaching or medical advice.

10. Health and Fitness Information

Workout information may relate to your fitness activities. FitLog does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, provide emergency services, or determine whether a particular exercise is safe for you.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional or trainer when you need medical or exercise-specific guidance.

11. Data Retention

Workout records remain stored on your device until you delete them, clear all app data, reset the application, or uninstall FitLog.

Device backup services may retain copies depending on your operating system, account settings, and personal backup configuration.

12. Data Deletion

You can delete individual workout records from inside the app. You can also clear all locally stored workout information from the Settings screen.

Uninstalling FitLog may remove local data, subject to the behavior of your device and any enabled backup services.

13. Data Security

FitLog does not maintain a remote user database for its core features. Local records rely on the safeguards provided by your device and operating system.

You are responsible for protecting your device with passwords, biometric locks, software updates, and appropriate backup settings.

14. Children's Privacy

FitLog does not knowingly collect personal identity information from children. The app does not require users of any age to create an account or submit identity documents.

15. Third-Party Services

The core version of FitLog does not depend on advertising platforms, third-party analytics providers, social login services, or cloud storage providers.

If future versions introduce optional third-party services, this policy will be updated to explain their role and data practices.

16. International Users

FitLog is designed as a locally operated app. Privacy rights and legal requirements may differ depending on your country or region.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, legal requirements, or data-handling practices change.

The latest version will be published on this page, and the revision date will be shown near the top.
