This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Dayvora mobile application. Dayvora helps users create personal routines, organize routine steps, use timers, review completion history, and view basic progress statistics.
2. Information Stored by the Application
Depending on how you use Dayvora, the application may store:
- Routine names and descriptions.
- Routine icons and color selections.
- Step titles and step durations.
- Routine completion history.
- Focus session duration.
- Completed and skipped step counts.
- Theme preference.
- Default step duration.
- Other settings selected inside the application.
3. Local Device Storage
Dayvora stores routine information, history, and application settings locally on your device. The current version does not automatically transmit your routine data to an external database, cloud service, or developer-controlled server.
4. No Account Required
You do not need to create an account or sign in to use Dayvora. The application does not require you to provide:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your phone number.
- A username or password.
- Google, Apple, Facebook, or other third-party account credentials.
5. No Cloud Synchronization
The current version of Dayvora does not provide automatic cloud synchronization or cross-device syncing. Data stored on one device will not automatically appear on another device.
6. No Advertising
Dayvora does not currently display third-party advertisements. The application does not use advertising identifiers for personalized advertising.
7. No Third-Party Analytics
The current version of Dayvora does not include third-party analytics or tracking software designed to create advertising profiles or monitor users across applications and websites.
8. Device Permissions
The core routine planning and timer features do not require access to:
- Contacts.
- Camera.
- Microphone.
- Precise location.
- Photos or videos.
- Files stored outside the application.
If a future version introduces optional features that require a device permission, permission will be requested through the operating system before access is granted.
9. How Stored Information Is Used
Locally stored information is used only to provide application features, including:
- Displaying your routines and routine steps.
- Calculating estimated routine duration.
- Operating focus timers.
- Showing completion history.
- Calculating streaks and progress statistics.
- Remembering appearance and timing preferences.
10. Data Sharing
Dayvora does not sell, rent, trade, or commercially share your routine information. Information may only be disclosed when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, security, or safety.
11. Data Retention
Your routine information remains stored locally until you:
- Delete a routine.
- Clear your routine history.
- Use the Reset All Data option.
- Clear application storage through your device settings.
- Uninstall the application.
12. Data Deletion
Dayvora provides options to delete individual routines, clear routine history, and reset all application data. Resetting the application restores starter routines and removes locally saved user history.
13. Device Backups
Your device operating system or backup provider may independently back up application data according to your device settings. Such backups are controlled by the device manufacturer, operating system provider, or backup provider and are not directly controlled by Dayvora.
14. Data Security
Dayvora follows a privacy-focused design by limiting data collection and keeping routine information locally. However, no device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices, screen locks, and backup accounts.

If you contact support by email, the developer may receive:
- Your email address.
- Your message.
- Screenshots, files, or other details you voluntarily provide.
This information will be used only to respond to your request, investigate technical issues, provide support, or comply with legal obligations.
16. Children's Privacy
Dayvora is not specifically directed to children under the minimum legal age required in their country. The application does not knowingly request personal information from children.
17. Productivity and Wellness Disclaimer
Dayvora is a general routine planning and productivity tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, educational, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Users are responsible for selecting routines and durations that are appropriate for their own circumstances.
18. Third-Party Platforms
App stores, operating systems, device manufacturers, email providers, or backup services may process information according to their own privacy policies. Dayvora is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
19. International Users
If you contact support, your email may be processed in countries where the developer or email service provider operates. By contacting support, you understand that your communication may be processed outside your country.
