DareUp provides daily self-improvement challenges, progress tracking, streaks, virtual rewards, levels, and achievements for general motivational purposes.

You are responsible for deciding whether a challenge is safe and appropriate for you. Stop any activity that causes pain, distress, danger, or other concerns, and seek qualified professional advice when needed.

You agree to use DareUp responsibly, lawfully, and in a way that does not place you or another person at unreasonable risk.

XP, coins, levels, achievements, streaks, and mystery boxes are virtual app features. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may be changed or removed.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of DareUp at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available.

DareUp's name, branding, design, written content, software, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

DareUp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DareUp and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

You may stop using DareUp at any time by uninstalling it. Access may also be limited if the app is misused or if continuing service is no longer practical.

These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use after revised terms become effective means you accept the updated version.

These terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available in your country or region.
