By using TILTO, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Purpose

TILTO is a casual balance game intended for entertainment.

3. Gameplay

The game uses left and right controls to tilt a platform and keep falling pieces from dropping.

4. Simplified Physics

TILTO uses simplified in-app gameplay logic and is not intended to simulate real-world physics accurately.

5. Scores and Statistics

Scores, landed-piece counts, perfect balances, lives, timers, and statistics are calculated from gameplay and may be stored locally on your device.

6. Local Storage

The current core version stores progress and preferences locally.

7. Data Loss

We do not guarantee recovery of local progress after uninstalling the app, clearing app data, device loss, storage failure, software defects, or operating-system changes.

8. Haptic Feedback

The game may provide vibration or haptic feedback when enabled in Settings and supported by your device.

9. No Professional Advice

TILTO is an entertainment product and does not provide medical, psychological, educational, legal, or other professional advice.

10. Safe Use

Use TILTO responsibly. Do not play while driving or during activities that require your full attention.

11. Fair Use

You may not attempt to interfere with, exploit, disrupt, or misuse the app except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

The TILTO name, branding, visual design, and original software elements are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.

13. Third-Party Platforms

Your download and use of TILTO may also be subject to the terms of the app-distribution platform through which you obtained it.

14. No Warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TILTO is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

15. Feature Changes

Features may be improved, changed, added, or removed in future versions.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the app, legal requirements, or distribution requirements change.
