By using ODDLYX, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Purpose

ODDLYX is a casual visual puzzle game intended for entertainment.

3. Gameplay

The game may ask you to identify a tile that differs by color, rotation, shape, size, or another visual characteristic.

4. Difficulty

Grid size, visual similarity, and other gameplay factors may become more difficult as a run progresses.

5. Scores and Records

Scores, timers, combos, streaks, and statistics are calculated from gameplay and may be stored locally on your device.

6. Local Storage

The current core version stores progress and preferences locally.

7. Data Loss

We do not guarantee recovery of local progress after uninstalling the app, clearing app data, device loss, storage failure, software defects, or operating-system changes.

8. Haptic Feedback

The game may provide vibration or haptic feedback when enabled in Settings and supported by your device.

9. No Professional Advice

ODDLYX is an entertainment product and does not provide medical, psychological, educational, legal, or other professional advice.

10. Accessibility

Some puzzles rely on visual differences. Users with visual impairments or color-vision differences may experience varying difficulty depending on the puzzle type and display.

11. Safe Use

Use ODDLYX responsibly. Do not play while driving or during activities that require your full attention.

12. Fair Use

You may not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the app except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

The ODDLYX name, branding, visual design, and original software elements are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.

14. Third-Party Platforms

Your download and use of ODDLYX may also be subject to the terms of the app-distribution platform through which you obtained it.

15. No Warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ODDLYX is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

16. Feature Changes

Features may be improved, changed, added, or removed in future versions.

17. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the app, legal requirements, or distribution requirements change.
