Meetora is an offline meeting-notes application designed to help users record meetings, attendees, notes, decisions, tags, and action items.

1. Information You Enter

You may enter meeting titles, dates, locations, attendee names, notes, decisions, tags, task descriptions, assignee names, and due dates.

2. Local Storage

Meetora stores application data locally on your device. The app does not require an account and does not automatically upload meeting information to a remote server.

3. No Account or Login

Meetora does not require registration, login credentials, email verification, or profile creation.

4. No Advertising or Analytics

The app does not contain third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, analytics SDKs, or marketing trackers.

5. Internet and Network Use

The core application works without an internet connection and does not transmit your locally stored meeting content to the developer.

6. Permissions

Meetora is designed without sensitive permissions such as contacts, microphone, camera, precise location, call logs, SMS, or storage access.

7. Data Sharing

The developer does not sell, rent, trade, or share your meeting content with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

8. Retention and Deletion

Your data remains on your device until you delete records, reset the app, clear application data, or uninstall the app.

9. Device Backups

Your operating system may include app data in device backups. Those backups are controlled by your device settings and provider.

10. Security

No device storage method is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device.

11. Confidential Information

Avoid entering information you are not authorized to store. Use a device screen lock when appropriate.

12. Children’s Privacy

Meetora is a general productivity application and is not specifically directed to children under 13.

13. International Use

Meetora does not operate a central user database and does not intentionally transfer meeting content between countries.

14. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect app improvements or legal requirements.
