Carvixa may allow you to manually enter information related to your vehicle and its usage, including:

This information is used only to provide the tracking, calculation, reminder, and history features available inside the app.

Vehicle details, mileage information, fuel records, maintenance history, theme preferences, and app settings are stored locally on your device.

Carvixa does not require a cloud account or remote database for its core functionality. Your locally stored records are not automatically uploaded or transmitted to us.

4. Personal Information

Carvixa does not require account registration and does not request or collect personally identifiable information such as:

• Your full name.
• Your phone number.
• Your home or postal address.
• Your payment card or banking information.
• Your contacts or address book.
• Your precise geographic location.

5. Device Permissions

Carvixa is designed to operate without requesting sensitive device permissions for its core functionality.

The app does not require access to your:

6. Internet Connection

Carvixa is designed to provide its main features without requiring an internet connection.

Carvixa does not use advertising networks, behavioral advertising, marketing trackers, or user profiling technologies in its core features.

The app does not monitor your vehicle records for advertising purposes and does not sell your activity information to advertisers.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, exchange, or share your locally stored vehicle, maintenance, fuel, mileage, cost, or service history information with third parties.

Since the core app data remains on your device, we generally do not have access to the information you enter.

9. Fuel and Maintenance Calculations

Carvixa may calculate estimated maintenance status, remaining mileage, fuel consumption, service intervals, vehicle health indicators, or expense totals using the information you provide.

These calculations are performed for convenience and organizational purposes. They are estimates and do not represent professional mechanical inspections or guaranteed measurements.

10. Data Retention

Your app records remain stored locally until you delete them, reset the application, clear its storage, or uninstall the app.

Your operating system or device backup service may retain a backup copy depending on your personal device settings. Such backups are controlled by your device provider and not by Carvixa.

11. Data Deletion

You may delete maintenance records, fuel entries, and other available records using the deletion options provided inside the app.

You may also remove locally stored app data by clearing Carvixa's storage from your device settings or by uninstalling the application, subject to your operating system and backup configuration.

12. Data Security

Carvixa does not maintain a remote user database for its core functionality. Information stored locally is protected by the security features of your device and operating system.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including screen locks, passwords, system updates, and backup settings.

13. Children's Privacy

Carvixa does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The application does not require users of any age to create an account or submit personal identity information.

Parents or guardians should supervise a child's use of any application that contains vehicle maintenance or safety information.

14. Third-Party Services

The current core version of Carvixa does not depend on advertising platforms, third-party analytics services, social login providers, or cloud storage providers.
